PKSB spearheaded the restoration of this 5 story loft building at 275 Canal Street. The scope included gut renovation with new MEP systems on all floors, a new stair core, new roof and bulkhead, aluminum window replacements at front and rear facades, and a new retail storefront design. PKSB coordinated with façade consultant, Lawless and Mangione, for an extensive exterior wall restoration program. An ALT-01 application was filed at DOB for a change of use to commercial office spaces on floors 2-5. PKSB handled all filings and approvals with the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
